- Employment Residence Visa. This visa allows employers to provide medical insurance and working conditions for employees for a specific period, usually two years. It can be extended if the employee continues working for the same employer.
4. Virtual remote visa. This is a visa for freelancers and those who work remotely, eligibility is for those who work remotely for non-UAE Companies and want to work remotely in Dubai. To obtain it, you need to provide proof of your employment with your current employer, with a contract term of at least one year, and your monthly income should be at least $3,500. The visa is valid for one to three years and can be renewed while maintaining your status as a remote worker. - The student residence visa is designed for international students attending UAE universities and colleges. The initial visa lasts for one year and can be extended after confirmation of continued study.
- Retirement visa. Pensioners over 55 years of age can obtain a five-year residence visa under certain conditions, such as having made real estate investments or having sufficient financial savings.
7.Golden Visa for UAE residents. This is a type of residence permit that’s granted for a period of 5 or 10 years to individuals who have achieved outstanding success in various fields, including the acquisition of real estate and substantial investments in the nation’s economy.
