1. Eligibility

• This offer is open to all entrepreneurs who have a promising business idea, regardless of age.
• Applicants must submit a detailed business plan (max size 10 MB) in English to our email at info@kaidzenbiz.ae.

2. Application Process

• Fill out the form on the main page of the website.
• Send your detailed business plan to our email at info@kaidzenbiz.ae.
• In the subject line, mention your full name as filled out on the website.
• The application deadline is the first working week of each month.
• If you miss the first working week deadline, you can still submit your application during the rest of the month, but it will be considered for the following month’s selection.
• Our team will review all applications during the following three weeks and select up to 20 business plans each month to receive free services for company formation only.
• 15 of these companies will be Free Zone entities.
• 5 of these companies will be Mainland entities.
• Selected applicants will receive a free consultation and assistance in the company formation process without charging our usual fees.

3. Time Frame

• Applications are accepted during the first working week of each month.
• Reviews and selections are conducted over the next three weeks.
• Selected applicants will be notified by the end of the month.

4. Free Services, Limitations, and General Terms

• The number of free company formations is limited to 20 per month.
• Please note that our service fee for company formation will be waived only.
• You will need to cover third-party/governmental fees.
• If you are not selected, you can improve your business plan and reapply or apply solely for a free consultation.
• This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• By submitting your application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. In case of changes, the updated version will be posted on our website.
